How do I contact your customer care team?

Please always include your order number (beginning with '#') in all correspondence, and remember to include any images or relevant information to help us resolve your query as soon as possible.
Our Customer Care team is available Monday - Friday 9:30am-5:30pm (excluding Bank Holidays).

Evri Standard Delivery (2 - 4 days from dispatch) - £3.75
InPost Standard Delivery to Locker or Shop - £3.75
Royal Mail Standard Delivery (48h delivery aim) - £3.75
Evri Next Day Delivery (order before 3:30pm Mon - Fri) - £5.50
DPD Next Working Day Delivery (order before 2pm Mon - Fri) - £5.50
FREE Standard delivery for orders over £40
Important Information:
Orders cannot be canceled or amended once placed.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.
Next Day Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on circumstances outside KitKitKit's control.
Orders must be placed before 2pm GMT.
How do I get free shipping?
f you're based in the UK, all orders above £40 qualify for free shipping.
How do I get Return & Exchange?
Although we hope you love what you've purchased, sometimes it doesn't work out.
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return the items to us within 14 days of your parcel being delivered, provided that items are in their original condition with tags intact (unless faulty).

Items must be returned in their original unworn condition with the tags attached for a full refund (excluding our shipping costs).
Remember to complete the returns form enclosed with your order and include it in your parcel.

Refunds
Once your return is received at the warehouse, your refund will be processed. All refunds automatically go back to your original method of payment. It can take up to 15 working days to see a refund on your statement. Please note, outbound shipping cost is not included within your return total.
Late Or Missing Returns
Once your refund has been processed you will receive email notification confirming the receipt of your return. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. This can take up to 15 working days. If it’s gone over this time, then please contact your card provider and they should be able to help!If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at kitkitkit.cs@gmail.com and we’ll be more than happy to take a look!
